This page explains what you pay for Syncwright, how refunds work, and what happens to your data if you stop using it. It works alongside our Terms of Service.
Pricing
Syncwright is a one-time purchase of $999 per store, with every register and location included. There is no subscription, no renewal, and no recurring platform fee. The purchase includes ongoing software updates and email support. AI image enrichment is the one metered feature: your first 50 images are free, then $0.35 per sourced-and-cleaned image and $0.10 per standardized image, billed only for images you approve.
If Outside Projects provides you with ongoing marketing services, Syncwright is included with that engagement at no separate charge for the duration of the engagement.
How billing works
Syncwright is sold directly. Before anything is billed, we review your Lightspeed account and catalog for fit. We then send your private install link together with a single invoice, payable by card. Nothing is charged until you accept that invoice. Approved image-enrichment usage beyond the free allocation is invoiced as it accrues. Fees are stated in US dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
Refunds
If Syncwright does not work with your Lightspeed R-Series and Shopify setup as described, tell us within 30 days of purchase and we will either fix it or refund the purchase price in full. Because we check fit before invoicing, we expect this to be rare. Metered image-enrichment charges for images you approved and published are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will look into it and make it right where a refund is warranted. Nothing here limits any refund rights you have under applicable law.
Uninstalling
You can uninstall Syncwright from your Shopify admin at any time. Because the purchase is one-time, there is no subscription to cancel and no future charge to stop. If you reinstall later on the same store, your purchase still stands; contact us and we will issue a fresh install link.
What happens to your data
When you uninstall Syncwright, Shopify sends a shop/redact request (typically 48 hours
after uninstall). On receiving it, Syncwright deletes all of your store's data, including stored sync
metadata and connection credentials, and crypto-shreds those credentials so the connection cannot be
reused. This is described in our Privacy Policy and
Security overview. Customer personal data is not stored at rest, so
there is no standing customer data to remove.
