We try to keep tracking to the minimum needed to run our website and app. This notice explains what is and is not set. It is short on purpose.
This marketing site
The Syncwright marketing site (syncwright.io) is a static website. Beyond the analytics described below, it does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share browsing data.
Analytics we run
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use this site, for
example which pages are read and whether a visit leads to an inquiry through our forms. GA4 sets
first-party cookies (such as _ga) to distinguish visitors and sessions. We use this
data to measure the site and our advertising, not to build profiles of you, and we do not use it
for cross-site behavioral advertising. If our ads brought you here, Google may associate the visit
with the ad click as part of that measurement.
Fonts we load
The site loads its typefaces (Space Grotesk and Space Mono) from Google Fonts. To serve those font files, your browser makes a request to Google's font servers, which means your IP address is visible to Google as part of that request, as it is for any resource your browser fetches. We use Google Fonts only to display text and not for advertising.
The embedded app
Inside Shopify, the Syncwright admin app uses only essential session cookies needed to keep you authenticated while you use it. These are strictly necessary for the app to function and are not used for advertising or tracking. Shopify itself may set its own cookies as part of the Shopify admin, governed by Shopify's own policies.
Your controls
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential session cookies may stop the embedded app from working. If you have a question about tracking, email help@syncwright.io.
